Ocean education for small fry!
On Thursdays and select Saturdays, kids and their favorite adults learn together through marine-themed crafts, games, songs, stories, and role plays, and then enjoy a special guided visit to a Mote exhibit. Activities in Thursday & Saturday classes are new every week!
On Tuesdays, kids and their favorite adults explore coastal habitats by wading in the water and collecting marine animals with dip nets. Tuesday classes, known as Exploring the Bay, depend on good weather, and kids and adults need to wear closed-toed, closed-heel water shoes. Find out what to bring and wear. Activities in Tuesday classes repeat every week, but the animals we find will provide an element of surprise!

How to Sign Up
Pre-registration is required.
There are three great ways to experience Mommy & Me at Mote:
1. Join us for 1 class - $12 members/ $15 non-members
Are you visiting the area for a short time, or have a break in your busy schedule, and would like to learn more about marine life? This is the perfect class for you!
Discount for additional children: $4/ members, $5 non-members
2. Sign up for a complete session of 4 classes - $44 members/ $54 non-members
A session refers to either 4 Thursday classes or 4 Tuesday (Exploring the Bay) classes. You cannot mix and match class dates to receive the session price.
Discount for additional children: $15/ members, $18/ non-members
3. Sign up for all Thursday classes for Fall 2009 - $153 members/ $192 non-members
15 unique classes at a 15% discount!
Discount for additional children: $55/ members, $68/ non-members
