Ms. Deppe joined the staff of Mote Marine Laboratory in September 2001 as Administrateive Assistant for CFE and CARD research centers.

-- Customer Service Group Manager, The Associates (a financial organization). Knowledge Base authoring, oversight of CSG Business and Technical Call Center Training Departments including web site development, and relocating a call center to Dallas, TX from Lexington, KY.
