After graduation, Rebecca went to work for the Naval Oceanographic Office at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi as an oceanographer. In Sept. 2008 she joined Mote's Chemical Fate and Effects program in Ecotoxicology where she is involved in field work, sample collection and extractions for red tide toxins and pesticide research. She is a member of Sigma Xi.
