11/6 Turtle was found floating yesterday near Captiva Island.  It is very emaciated and has a large number of fibropapilloma tumors on it.  It has been started on antibiotics and will have surgery as soon as it is stable. 11/7 Turtles blood work is very bad.  White count is the highest we have ever seen on a turtle and chemistries are equally bad.  Turtle is getting weaker.  11/7 pm Turtle continued to decline and died this evening.  Necropsy will be performed tomorrow.
