3/29 Turtle arrived at Mote very weak and was put in a small medical pool with low water level. Turtle has a few small fibropapilloma tumors. 4/1 Bloodwork indicates low iron, glucose and potassium.  Supplements will be given. Turtle has been accepting food offered and adjusting well to medical pool. 4/7 Turtle placed in larger medical pool with another green sea turtle named Brutus. They are cohabitating well. Turtle will be scheduled for surgery within the next few weeks. 4/28 Turtle underwent surgery to remove tumors.  Recovered well from surgery. 6/7 Turtle is in good health and body condition. Transported to the east coast of Florida and turned over to members of Florida's Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for release.
