Faith is shown here with her rescuers.

7/15 The turtle was found floating in a canal and was unable to dive. The people who found her reported that they saw fuel on the water's surface where she was floating. "Faith" floats in an uncontrolled manner and the turtle is extremely anemic. 7/29 Faith is still listing in the water but is finally eating shrimp. 8/22  With much persistance, Miss Faith is now eating all her food. She is very active and forages throughout the day. 9/12 Faith continues to improve, eating all that is offered and gaining weight. 10/10 Turtle is thriving! Water level is at maximum depth and she rests nicely on the bottom eating all that is offered. 11/28 Faith needs to gain weight, and then can be considered for release. 12/16 Released today!
