Turtle ate immediatley and started taking other food items later that afternoon. 9/27 Turtle has been taken off fluid therapy since it is eating very well. Turtle is now actively foraging for food. 10/7 Turtle has been put on antibiotics. 10/31 Bloodwork indicates low iron levels, weekly iron injections will be given.  11/7 Blood work parameters have improved and Marcia has been taken off antibiotics. Turtle is very active, eating well, and resting on the bottom of the tank.  11/9 and 11/16 Received iron injections.  12/11 Received antiparasitic medication.  Due for one more dose of antiparasitic meds and as long as all other blood parameters maintain, turtle will be eligible for release soon. 1/6 Bloodwork and weight gain indicate turtle is eligible for release. 1/23 Marcia was released today!
